Getting Wet on the S.S. Miss Daisy

I hope everyone had a great time with family and friends this past weekend for the 4th of July. I was able to spend time with my husband, sister, nephews and my mom. We also went to see Transformers in 3D on Sunday. Great Movie!!!!

Today I wanted to share a Layout that I completed of my Nephew. Last year we went to Disney for his 3rd Birthday. The last time he got in for free :(
I am glad that we spent time at Mickey's Toontown as it permanently closed in February of 2011 in order to make way for a Storybook Circus area.

This is Donald's Boat, the S.S. Miss Daisy, named after his favorite gal. It's a fun water-play area for the little ones, perfect for cooling down on hot days. Which we have a lot of in FL. The boat's afloat on a foamy ocean with lily pads that spout jumping streams and spray without warning. Young first mates and crew members can run around on the spongy ground, and venture inside to spin the Captain's Wheel, pull the ship's whistle (which causes water to spurt out the top of the boat), or clang Miss Daisy's loud boat bell.

Malachi had a blast running around the boat and getting wet.
